Summary: This special topic poll solicited public opinion on the bombing raid conducted by the United States in response to Iraq's violation of the terms of the cease-fire ending the Persian Gulf War. Approval of the bombing raid and perception of its effectiveness was assessed, and respondents were also asked to consider the option of continued bombing in response to further Iraqi violations of the cease-fire.
