- The Impact of the World Health Organization's (WHO) 8-step Wheelchair Service Provision in Indonesia, 2013-2014 includes data collected in Indonesia by United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) Wheels for Humanity and the University of Pittsburgh. The purpose of this study was to investigate how wheelchairs provided to individuals with mobility impairments related to mobility, participation in society, quality of life, wheelchair skills, wheelchair maintenance, and satisfaction with mobility as compared to a control group. The dataset includes: age, gender, diagnosis/type of disability, type of wheelchair and use of a wheelchair. Additionally, data includes the following outcome measures: Wheelchair Skills Test, the Wheelchair Assessment Checklist (WAC), the Craig Handicap Assessment Recording Technique Short Form (CHART), World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF) and Functional Mobility Assessment (FMA). The CHART (short form) was designed to provide a simple measure of involvement in life situations and is the most widely used participation measure in rehabilitation research. The 5-item Satisfaction with Life Scale is a global measure of life satisfaction. The Wheelchair Skills Test Questionnaire is used to measure a person's skill in using their wheelchair, such as their capability of putting on brakes, propelling a straight distance, and doing a reaching task from their wheelchair. The Wheelchair Skills Test has been shown to be a safe, valid and reliable method to objectively assess the skills of wheelchair users
