Additional topics covered President Bill Clinton's land use policies, Clinton's role in Whitewater, environmental issues, immigration, abortion, Medicare, the budget deficit and taxes, same-sex marriages, tobacco industry, the death penalty, and approval ratings for Clinton, Newt Gingrich, and Congress.
