- Summary
- In the early 1920's after the Soviet Revolution, a scientist and his assistant perform an operation to change a stray dog into a human. This new being has the sophistication of a dog, in a world of human situations. He develops into a cruel, lying, stealing, dangerous man, and the scientists perform a reverse operation, to change this being back into a dog
